Small Generator definition

Small Generator means at any time an electricity generator with a Declared Net Capacity not exceeding the number of kVA set out in Part 3 of Schedule 1 at that time;
Small Generator means any Independent Generator with Generating Units the aggregate Registered Capacity of which does not exceed 100MW;
Small Generator means a person who generates hazardous waste in an amount less than one ton per calendar year.

Small Generator means a generator of low-level radioactive waste who generates no more than 100 cubic feet of such waste per year, provided that the curie level of such waste is minimal as compared to the Compact Facility’s license.
