Generating Units definition

Generating Units means the steam and gas turbine electric generators listed on Schedule 1.01(a).
Generating Units means the gas-fired combined cycle combustion turbines to be procured, installed and constructed in accordance with the EPC Contracts and located at the Site.
Generating Units means the generating unit or units specified in Appendix 1.03.

  • The Interconnection Customer shall conduct tests on the Electric Generating Unit as required by Good Utility Practice such as an open circuit “step voltage” test on the Electric Generating Unit to verify proper operation of the Electric Generating Unit's automatic voltage regulator.

  • The Participating Generator represents that all necessary approvals, permits, licenses, easements, rights of way or access to install, own and operate its Generating Units have been or will be obtained by the Participating Generator prior to the later of the ISO Operations Date or the effective date execution of this Agreement.

  • In the event that the Participating Generator no longer wishes to schedule Energy or provide Ancillary Services through a Scheduling Coordinator over the ISO Controlled Grid, it may terminate this Agreement, on giving the ISO ninety (90) days written notice, provided, however, that in accordance with Section 4.1.3, the Participating Generator may modify Schedule 1 to eliminate Generating Units which it no longer owns and such modification shall be effective upon receipt by the ISO.

  • Buyer will have the right to dispatch the Generating Units (individually or together), seven days per week and 24 hours per day (including holidays), by providing Dispatch Notices and Updated Dispatch Notices to Seller electronically (in the forms attached to this Agreement in Appendix 18.2) or as directed by XXXXX via ADS, and subject to the requirements and limitations set forth in this Agreement.

  • Seller shall provide Buyer the Daily Operating Report, as attached in Appendix 18.5, the day immediately after each operating day, for all Generating Units.


More Definitions of Generating Units

Generating Units means the generating unit(s) specified in Recital B and more specifically described Section 1.2.2 and Appendix 1.1.
Generating Units. The Geothermal Combined Cycle Unit (GCCU) consisting of one back pressure steam turbine and two (2) Ormat Energy Converters (OECs) driven by steam and one (1) Ormat Energy Converter (OEC) unit driven by brine.

Generating Units has the meaning given Connection Agreement; to that expression in the “Generator’s Connection Plant and Apparatus” has the meaning given Connection Agreement; to that expression in the
Generating Units means Owner’s electricity and steam generation units, as applicable, including but not limited to combustion turbines and steam turbines, boilers, hydroelectric turbines or wind turbines installed as part of a project.
Generating Units means one or more generating equipment combinations typically consisting of prime mover(s), electric generator(s), electric transformer(s), steam generator and air emission control devices.
Generating Units means the amount of electricity generated by the Facility, measured in MWh.
