Net Capacity definition

Net Capacity means the Nameplate Capacity of the Interconnection Customer’s generating facilities, less the portion of that capacity needed to serve the Generating Facility’s Auxiliary Load.
Net Capacity means the maximum capacity that can be supplied to the network by a generating installation;
