SMS Alert definition

SMS Alert means an SMS message sent by Shell to the mobile phone number provided by the User for transactions which were identified in Shell’s security system – on the basis of an algorythm specified– as a potentially suspicious transaction for any reason following the execution of the transaction.
SMS Alert means a text alert service by which we will send a message to your mobile phone to alert you to any circumstances listed in condition 16.7 below.
SMS Alert means the SMS message required to be sent by mobile telecommunications service providers pursuant to Articles 3.2 and 4.2 of this Regulation;

Examples of SMS Alert in a sentence

  • Refer to Terms and Conditions Annexure – 2.6I wish to avail the TRUST facility using the Mobile number registered for SMS Alert Facility.

  • The Customer shall not be able to undertake any transaction through the SMS Alert Facility.

  • The Customer hereby subscribes to the SMS Alert Facility (“SMS Alert Facility”) of the Bank whereby the Customer shall receive short messaging service alerts (“SMS Service”) on the Customer's Authorized Mobile Number in the form of customized messages.

  • The Customer agrees that SMS Alert Facility provided to the Customer is an additional facility for his / her convenience and is susceptible to delay, error, omission and/or inaccuracy.

  • These Terms and Conditions apply to the Service being provided by the Bank to Customers availing Visa Debit / PayPak Debit Card, SMS Alert Services, Web Banking services, SMS Banking, Mobile Banking, all here-in-after collectively referred to as "SERVICE".

  • If the Customer has agreed to opt for HabibMetro SMS Alert Service and will receive account information promotional and other message on customer's cellular phone number that has been provided by the Customer to the Bank.

  • The Bank does not guarantee that any message or information from the SMS Alert Service will be sent to the Customer, nor does the Bank warrant the privacy and/or security of any message or information during SMS Alert Service transmission.

  • Weightage of 'SMS Alert activated in CAS' has been revised from 5 to 10.

  • Alert means events may occur, are in progress, or have occurred that could lead to a release of radioactive material but that the release is not expected to require a response by offsite response organizations to protect persons offsite.

  • SMS means Short Message Service.

  • Sprint means a set period of time during which specific work is realized and made ready for review.

  • Triage means the sorting of patients in terms of disposition, destination, or priority. For prehospital trauma victims, triage requires a determination of injury severity to assess the appropriate level of care according to established patient care protocols.

  • Fiserv means Fiserv, Inc., a Wisconsin corporation.

  • Diagnostic Service means an examination or procedure performed to obtain information regarding the medical condition of an outpatient.

  • Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN means a switched network service that provides end-to-end digital connectivity for the simultaneous transmission of voice and data. Basic Rate Interface-ISDN (BRI-ISDN) provides for a digital transmission of two (2) 64 Kbps bearer channels and one (1) 16 Kbps data channel (2B+D).

  • Network pharmacy means any pharmacy that has an agreement to accept our pharmacy allowance for prescription drugs and diabetic equipment/supplies covered under this agreement. All other pharmacies are NON-NETWORK PHARMACIES. The one exception and for the purpose of specialty Prescription Drugs, only specialty pharmacies that have an agreement to accept our pharmacy allowance are network pharmacies and all others pharmacies are non-network pharmacies.

  • CMS means the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.

  • Distribution Network Operator or “DSO” shall mean the operator of a Distribution Network.

  • POS means point of sale.

  • Licensed behavior analyst means a person who holds current certification or meets the standards to be certified as a board certified Behavior Analyst or a board certified Assistant Behavior Analyst issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board, Inc., or any successor in interest to that organization and whom the Board of Psychological Examiners licenses as a Behavior Analyst.

  • Non-Administrator Ambulatory Surgical Facility means an Ambulatory Surgical Facility which does not meet the definition of an Administrator Ambulatory Surgical Facility.

  • Digital Health has the meaning ascribed to it in the Accountability Agreement and means the coordinated and integrated use of electronic systems, information and communication technologies to facilitate the collection, exchange and management of personal health information in order to improve the quality, access, productivity and sustainability of the healthcare system;

  • AES means the Advanced Encryption Standard, a specification of Federal Information Processing Standards Publications for the encryption of electronic data issued by the National Institute of Standards and Technology (xxxx://xxxxxxx.xxxx.xxx/nistpubs/FIPS/NIST.FIPS.197.pdf).

  • PDS means the Department of State of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

  • NOC means National Olympic Committee.

  • Network Operator means the network operator who operates the wireless network of networks to which the SIM Cards are connected.
