Active variant IDNs must be provisioned in the TLD’s DNS zone file as zone cuts using the same NS resource records as the canonical name. Alert Service. Certain alerts within the Mobile App are designed to call your attention to changes in the access configuration. We strongly encourage you to enable these security alerts and notify us immediately if you are made aware of any change which you did not initiate. You may use the Mobile Banking Alerts to notify you of certain information. The alerts we make available through Mobile Banking may change from time to time. You may receive alerts through email or by text message. The methods we make available to receive alerts may change from time to time. Not all of your Accounts may allow for alerts. Receipt of any alert may be delayed or prevented by factor(s) affecting your Internet service provider(s), phone operator(s), and other relevant entities. We neither guarantee the delivery nor the accuracy of the contents of any alert. SECURITY NATIONAL BANK will not be liable for losses or damages arising from (a) non- delivery, delayed delivery, or incorrect delivery of any alert; (b) inaccurate content in an alert; (c) your use or reliance on the contents of any alert for any purposes, (d) any service provider related charges. We reserve the right to terminate any request from you, for any alert, at any time. You may also call us at 0-000-000-0000 to assist you with the alerts. Your Mobile Banking Responsibilities The following are your responsibilities for using Mobile Banking, in addition to your responsibilities mentioned in other sections of this Agreement and in the Electronic Fund Transfers Disclosure following this agreement: • You agree to monitor your Account and important Account information through our Online Banking Service, periodic statements for your Account, and important notices about your Account delivered by us to you electronically or by mail, in addition to any information you may receive through Mobile Banking. • You agree not to use any personally confidential information (including Account number information) when creating Aliases in Mobile Banking. Aliases are designed to take the place of such information so that confidential information need not traverse the internet or be included in a text to your Device. • You agree to keep your personal information up to date in Mobile Banking (i.e. change in your email address, change in your cell phone number). • You agree to take every precaution to ensure the safety, security and integrity of your Account and transactions when using Mobile Banking. • You agree not to leave your Device unattended ...

You can set alerts for each of your Third-Party Accounts registered on the Financial Dashboard. You are responsible for determining the criteria that governs the alert and the alert will be sent to you based upon the instructions you provide to us. Your instructions are neither reviewed nor verified by East West Bank prior to or following activation of any alert. At any point, you can enable or disable an alert, or delete the alert altogether. You understand and accept that an alert is transmitted electronically and you acknowledge that you have no expectation of privacy with respect to such information. You acknowledge that the information in the alert is unencrypted, may include your name and information pertaining to your account(s), and can be accessed, used, or misappropriated by unintended third-party recipients. East West Bank is not responsible for any unauthorized use or misappropriation of any and all information transmitted through the alert. Additionally, we do not guarantee the delivery or the accuracy of the contents of each alert. You acknowledge and agree that delivery of an alert may be delayed or prevented by factor(s) outside our control and we shall not be liable for any losses or missed opportunities incurred by you due to the delayed, non-delivery or misdirected delivery of an alert. This service is provided as a convenience to you for information purposes only. East West Bank reserves the right to terminate its alert service at any time without prior notice to you, and shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages caused by (a) non-delivery, delayed delivery, or the misdirected delivery of an alert; (b) inaccurate or incomplete information in an alert; or (c) your reliance on or use of the information provided in an alert for any purpose. Alert Service. You may have the ability to set up the account notifications feature which is a convenience feature that permits you to request automated notification of specific situations. You are responsible to input accurate information to set up the account notifications. Alerts do not replace standard communications you receive from us concerning your accounts. Alerts may be sent via e-mail or in an online message box within the Service, or by text message. E-mail alerts will be sent to the e-mail address you provide in creating the alert. If you elect to receive Alerts by text messaging from us, you acknowledge that such messages will be automatically sent to your wireless access device. You assume all responsibility for the secure receipt of the text messages and acknowledge that these Alerts are not sent through a secure channel and may be intercepted or read by others. Receipt of Alerts may be delayed, or prevented by factor(s) affecting your Internet service provider(s), phone operator(s), and other relevant entities.   • Depot Service If depot service is included with Your Agreement, We will provide 3-way shipping to and from a depot service center of Our choice.

  • Internet Service In the event that internet is required during your stay, please verify that the Property selected provides the service. Rules of the House: In the event there are rules specific to your Property either required by the Owner or if applicable from an HOA, they will be posted at the home and your compliance is necessary. Rental Unit for Sale: Occasionally a Property may go on the market for sale. In such cases Agent reserves the right to show the Property to potential buyers. Agent will make every effort to schedule the showing at a time that is convenient for Tenant, so as not to interrupt your vacation. Tenant’s cooperation is appreciated. Consumable Products: Paper products, laundry/dish detergent, personal toiletry items and food staples are not included in the Properties. Linens: Linens are included with all Properties for reservations up to 2 days or more. If linens and towels are damaged or missing there will be an added fee to replace and/or clean those items. Linens and towels should only be used for sleeping in and drying off. Damaged or missing bath towels are $25, hand towels are $15, wash cloths are $10, sheets are $30, pillow cases are $15, and bath mats are $20. Damaged items might include makeup, blood stains, excessive dirt, tanning lotion, and human waste.

  • Our Service The services that you have selected and the charges for those services are confirmed in Section 9 - Your Consent at the end of this agreement. We agree to provide the services selected and you agree to pay us for those services. Any advice or recommendation that we offer to you, will only be given after we have assessed your needs and considered your financial objectives and attitude to any risks that may be involved. We will also take into account any restrictions that you wish to place on the type of products you would be willing to consider.

  • CLOUD SERVICE The Cloud Service offering, is described below and is specified in an Order Document for the selected entitled offerings. The Order Document will consist of the Quotation that is provided and the Proof of Entitlement (XxX) you will receive confirming the start date and term of the Cloud Services and when invoicing will commence.

  • Transit Service is the delivery of certain traffic between Carrier and a third party ILEC, CLEC or CMRS provider by Frontier over a separate trunk group between Carrier and Frontier where appropriate trunks exist between Carrier and third party through Frontier’s tandem. The following traffic types will be delivered: (I) Local Traffic originated from Carrier to such third-party and (ii) Local Traffic originated from such third-party to Frontier’s tandem and terminated to Carrier.

  • Alerts These Alerts terms apply to the Alerts feature (referenced below) within Online Banking. These Alerts terms only apply to Alerts. If Alerts are not available to you, then these Alerts terms do not apply. To the extent there is any conflict between the terms of the Agreement and these Alerts terms with respect to Alerts, then the terms in these Alerts terms shall apply. Alerts in General. Your enrollment in Online Banking includes enrollment to receive transaction alerts and notifications (“Alerts”). Alerts are electronic notices from Bank that contain transactional information about your account(s). Alerts are provided within the following categories: · Mandatory Alerts provide you with important account notifications, such as information about changes to your Online Banking password, PIN, or login information. You do not have the option to suppress these Mandatory Alerts. · Account Alerts provide you with notification of important account activities or when certain changes are made to enrolled accounts. These Alerts are automatically activated for you. Although you may suppress these Account Alerts, Bank strongly recommends that you do not do so because they provide important information related to your accounts. Additional Alerts must be activated by you to be enabled. These Additional Alerts can be accessed from the More menu within Online Banking. Bank may add new Alerts from time to time, or cancel old Alerts. Bank will usually notify you when it cancels Alerts, but is not obligated to do so. Bank reserves the right to terminate its Alerts service at any time without prior notice to you. Methods of Delivery. Bank may provide Alerts through one or more channels (“EndPoints”): (a) a mobile device, by text message; (b) a mobile device, by push notification; (c) an email account, by an e-mail message; or (d) your Online Banking message in-box, by an e-mail message. You agree to receive Alerts through these EndPoints, and it is your responsibility to determine that each of the service providers for the EndPoints described in (a) through (c) above supports the email, push notification, and text message Alerts provided through the Alerts service. Please be advised that text or data charges or rates may be imposed by your EndPoint service provider. Alert frequency varies by account and preferences. You agree to provide Bank a valid mobile phone number or email address so that it may send you Alerts. If your email address or your mobile device’s number changes, you are responsible for informing Bank of that change. Your Alerts will be updated to reflect the changes that you communicate to Bank with regard to your primary and secondary email addresses or mobile device number.

  • Customer Service A. PRIMARY ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE. Supplier will assign an Account Representative to Sourcewell for this Contract and must provide prompt notice to Sourcewell if that person is changed. The Account Representative will be responsible for: • Maintenance and management of this Contract; • Timely response to all Sourcewell and Participating Entity inquiries; and • Business reviews to Sourcewell and Participating Entities, if applicable.
