Registry Operator may offer the Read-Only SRS service, which is a registry service that allows users to access the SRS via EPP in read-only mode. Users may be Registrars or any other third party. The service must only be made available to authenticated users that log in by supplying proper credentials (e.g., user name and password). Active variant IDNs must be provisioned in the TLD’s DNS zone file as zone cuts using the same NS resource records as the canonical name. We strongly encourage you to enable these security alerts and notify us immediately if you are made aware of any change which you did not initiate. You may use the Mobile Banking Alerts to notify you of certain information. The alerts we make available through Mobile Banking may change from time to time. You may receive alerts through email or by text message. The methods we make available to receive alerts may change from time to time. Not all of your Accounts may allow for alerts. Receipt of any alert may be delayed or prevented by factor(s) affecting your Internet service provider(s), phone operator(s), and other relevant entities. We neither guarantee the delivery nor the accuracy of the contents of any alert. SECURITY NATIONAL BANK will not be liable for losses or damages arising from (a) non- delivery, delayed delivery, or incorrect delivery of any alert; (b) inaccurate content in an alert; (c) your use or reliance on the contents of any alert for any purposes, (d) any service provider related charges. You can set alerts for each of your Third-Party Accounts registered on the Financial Dashboard. You are responsible for determining the criteria that governs the alert and the alert will be sent to you based upon the instructions you provide to us. Your instructions are neither reviewed nor verified by Schlumberger Employees Credit Union prior to or following activation of any alert. At any point, you can enable or disable an alert, or delete the alert altogether. You understand and accept that an alert is transmitted electronically and you acknowledge that you have no expectation of privacy with respect to such information. You acknowledge that the information in the alert is unencrypted, may include your name and information pertaining to your account(s), and can be accessed, used, or misappropriated by unintended third-party recipients. Schlumberger Employees Credit Union is not responsible for any unauthorized use or misappropriation of any and all information transmitted through the alert. Additionally, we do not guarantee the delivery or the accuracy of the contents of each alert. You acknowledge and agree that delivery of an alert may be delayed or prevented by factor(s) outside our control and we shall not be liable for any losses or missed opportunities incurred by you due to the delayed, non-delivery or misdirected delivery of an alert. This service is provided as a convenience to you for information purposes only. Alert Service. You may have the ability to set up the account notifications feature which is a convenience feature that permits you to request automated notification of specific situations. You are responsible to input accurate information to set up the account notifications. Alerts do not replace standard communications you receive from us concerning your accounts. Alerts may be sent via e-mail or in an online message box within the Service, or by text message. E-mail alerts will be sent to the e-mail address you provide in creating the alert. If you elect to receive Alerts by text messaging from us, you acknowledge that such messages will be automatically sent to your wireless access device. You assume all responsibility for the secure receipt of the text messages and acknowledge that these Alerts are not sent through a secure channel and may be intercepted or read by others.   • Internet Service In the event that internet is required during your stay, please verify that the Property selected provides the service. Rules of the House: In the event there are rules specific to your Property either required by the Owner or if applicable from an HOA, they will be posted at the home and your compliance is necessary. Rental Unit for Sale: Occasionally a Property may go on the market for sale. In such cases Agent reserves the right to show the Property to potential buyers. Agent will make every effort to schedule the showing at a time that is convenient for Tenant, so as not to interrupt your vacation. Tenant’s cooperation is appreciated. Consumable Products: Paper products, laundry/dish detergent, personal toiletry items and food staples are not included in the Properties. Linens: Linens are included with all Properties for reservations up to 2 days or more. If linens and towels are damaged or missing there will be an added fee to replace and/or clean those items. Linens and towels should only be used for sleeping in and drying off. Damaged or missing bath towels are $25, hand towels are $15, wash cloths are $10, sheets are $30, pillow cases are $15, and bath mats are $20. Damaged items might include makeup, blood stains, excessive dirt, tanning lotion, and human waste.

  • Our Service The services that you have selected and the charges for those services are confirmed in Section 9 - Your Consent at the end of this agreement. We agree to provide the services selected and you agree to pay us for those services. Any advice or recommendation that we offer to you, will only be given after we have assessed your needs and considered your financial objectives and attitude to any risks that may be involved. We will also take into account any restrictions that you wish to place on the type of products you would be willing to consider.

  • Alerts You may use the Internet Banking Service to request and receive from the Bank any of the alerts made available through this Service by making alert selections within the Internet Banking Application. The Bank may add new alerts or discontinue existing alerts at any time. According to your selections, we will send alerts to the email address or mobile number you provide to us in Internet Banking. It is solely your responsibility to ensure that the email address and mobile number you provide to the Bank are current and accurate. If the email address or mobile number is not current and accurate, then you must update your email address or mobile number in Internet Banking before alerts can be delivered to the email address or mobile number again. You may choose to opt out of the alerts service at any time. However, if you choose to opt out and then decide later to opt back in to the alerts service, you must provide your email address or mobile number in Internet Banking before alerts can be delivered to the email address or mobile number again. Your failure to maintain current and accurate contact information with the Bank will prevent delivery of alerts through this Service, for which the Bank expressly disclaims any and all liability. Your receipt of any alert may be delayed or prevented by your internet service provider, telecommunications provider, or other third parties. The Bank does not guarantee either the delivery or the accuracy of the contents of any alert. The Bank will not be liable for damages of any kind arising from non-delivery or delayed delivery of an alert, the location to which an alert is delivered, inaccurate content in an alert, or your use of or reliance on the contents of any alert for any purposes. Because the balance of accounts is subject to change at any time, the information provided in any alert may become quickly outdated. Alerts are not encrypted. You acknowledge that, although the Bank may show less than the full account number for any of your accounts in an alert, the alert may include personal information about your accounts. Depending on where you instruct the Bank to send your alerts, anyone with access to your email or eligible Mobile Device may be able to view the contents of these alerts. The services are separate and apart from any other charges that may be assessed by your wireless carrier for text messages sent to or received from Community Trust Bank, Inc. You are responsible for any fees or other charges that your wireless carrier may charge for any related data or message services. Any cause of action concerning the Internet Banking Services under this Agreement must be commenced within one year after such cause of action has occurred.

  • Customer Service A. PRIMARY ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE. Supplier will assign an Account Representative to Sourcewell for this Contract and must provide prompt notice to Sourcewell if that person is changed. The Account Representative will be responsible for: • Maintenance and management of this Contract; • Timely response to all Sourcewell and Participating Entity inquiries; and • Business reviews to Sourcewell and Participating Entities, if applicable.

  • Autism Services This plan covers the following services for the treatment of autism spectrum disorders. • Applied behavior analysis when provided and/or supervised by an individual licensed by the state in which the service is rendered. See the Summary of Medical Benefits for the amount that you pay. • Physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy services when rendered as part of the treatment of autism spectrum disorder. A benefit limit will not apply to these services. • Psychological and psychiatric services, and prescription drugs are also covered. See Behavioral Health Services and Prescription Drugs and Diabetic Equipment or Supplies for additional information. Coverage for autism spectrum disorders does not affect any obligation of a school district, a state or other governmental entity to provide services to an individual under an individualized family service plan, an individualized education program, or similar services required under state or federal law. Services related to autism that are furnished by school personnel are not covered under this plan.

  • Telephone Service Notwithstanding any other provision of this Lease to the contrary: (a) So long as the entirety of the Leased Premises is leased to Tenant: (i) Landlord shall have no responsibility for providing to Tenant any telephone equipment, including wiring, within the Leased Premises or for providing telephone service or connections from the utility to the Leased Premises; and (ii) Landlord makes no warranty as to the quality, continuity or availability of the telecommunications services in the Leased Premises or any portion thereof, and Tenant hereby waives any claim against Landlord for any actual or consequential damages (including damages for loss of business) in the event Tenant’s telecommunications services in any way are interrupted, damaged or rendered less effective, except to the extent caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of Landlord or any Landlord Related Party. Tenant accepts the telephone equipment (including, without limitation, the INC, as defined below) in its “AS-IS” condition, and Tenant shall be solely responsible for contracting with a reliable third party vendor to assume responsibility for the maintenance and repair thereof (which contract shall contain provisions requiring such vendor to inspect the INC periodically (the frequency of such inspections to be determined by such vendor based on its experience and professional judgment), and requiring such vendor to meet local and federal requirements for telecommunications material and workmanship). Unless caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of Landlord or any Landlord Related Party, Landlord shall not be liable to Tenant and Tenant waives all claims against Landlord whatsoever, whether for personal injury, property damage, loss of use of the Leased Premises, or otherwise, due to the interruption or failure of telephone services to the Leased Premises. Tenant hereby holds Landlord harmless and agrees to indemnify, protect and defend Landlord from and against any liability for any damage, loss or expense due to any failure or interruption of telephone service to the Leased Premises for any reason other than the gross negligence or willful misconduct of Landlord or any Landlord Related Party. (b) At such time as the entirety of the Leased Premises is no longer leased to Tenant, Landlord shall in its sole discretion have the right, by written notice to Tenant, to elect to assume limited responsibility for INC, as provided below, and upon such assumption of responsibility by Landlord, this subparagraph (b) shall apply prospectively. (i) Landlord shall provide Tenant access to all quantity of pairs in the Building intra-building network cable (“INC”). Tenant’s access to the INC shall be solely by arrangements made by Tenant, as Tenant may elect, directly with Pacific Bxxx or Landlord (or such vendor as Landlord may designate), and Tenant shall pay all reasonable charges as may be imposed in connection therewith. Pacific Bxxx’x charges shall be deemed to be reasonable. Subject to the foregoing, Landlord shall have no responsibility for providing to Tenant any telephone equipment, including wiring, within the Leased Premises or for providing telephone service or connections from the utility to the Leased Premises, except as required by law. (ii) Except as permitted in this Lease, Tenant shall not alter, modify, add to or disturb any telephone wiring in the Leased Premises without the Landlord’s prior written consent, which shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed. Tenant shall be liable to Landlord for any damage to the telephone wiring in the Leased Premises due to the act, negligent or otherwise, of Tenant or any employee, contractor or other agent of Tenant. Tenant shall have access to the telephone closets within the Building in the manner and under such reasonable procedures established by Landlord. Tenant shall promptly notify Landlord of any actual or suspected failure of telephone service to the Leased Premises. (iii) All costs incurred by Landlord for the installation, maintenance, repair and replacement of telephone wiring in the Leased Premises shall be a Property Maintenance Cost, provided that, if any such cost is deemed a capital expenditure in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles, it shall be amortized over the useful life of the improvement as described elsewhere in this Lease. (iv) Landlord makes no warranty as to the quality, continuity or availability of the telecommunications services in the Leased Premises, and Tenant hereby waives any claim against Landlord for any actual or consequential damages (including damages for loss of business) in the event Tenant’s telecommunications services in any way are interrupted, damaged or rendered less effective, except to the extent caused by the grossly negligent or willful act or omission by Landlord or any Landlord Related Party. Tenant acknowledges that Landlord meets its duty of care to Tenant with respect to the INC by contracting with a reliable third party vendor to assume responsibility for the maintenance and repair thereof (which contract shall contain provisions requiring such vendor to inspect the INC periodically (the frequency of such inspections to be determined by such vendor based on its experience and professional judgment), and requiring such vendor to meet local and federal requirements for telecommunications material and workmanship). Subject to the foregoing, unless caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of Landlord or any Landlord Related Party, Landlord shall not be liable to Tenant and Tenant waives all claims against Landlord whatsoever, whether for personal injury, property damage, loss of use of the Leased Premises, or otherwise, due to the interruption or failure of telephone services to the Leased Premises.   • Mail Service The Union shall be permitted to use the State inter and intra-office paper mail system. This usage shall be limited to matters that involve the Union and the Employer. It is not to be used for the purpose of mass mailings to membership and/or bargaining unit employees. The Employer agrees not to open employee union mail when clearly marked as such. Where security is of concern, the mail shall be opened in the presence of the addressee. When feasible, and where equipment is currently available, Union stewards and/or officers may utilize electronic mail and/or facsimile equipment solely for contract enforcement and interpretation and grievance processing matters. Such transmissions will be primarily to expedite communication regarding such matters, will be reasonable with respect to time and volume, and limited to communications with the grievant, if any, appropriate supervisors and employee’s staff representatives. Long distance charges which may be incurred must be approved prior to transmission.
