Social Assistance Programs definition

Social Assistance Programs means the Recipient’s social assistance programs eligible for financing under the project, namely the Ajutor Social Program and the targeted Heating Allowance Program.
Social Assistance Programs means the Borrower’s four (4) social assistance programs eligible for reimbursing under the project, including: (i) State Child Allowance Program; (ii) Child Raising Benefits Program; (iii) Family Allowance Program; and (iv) Guaranteed Minimum Income Program.

  • The Additional Event of Suspension consists of the following, namely that the Recipient’s Legislation on Social Assistance Programs has been amended, suspended, abrogated, repealed or waived, so as to affect materially and adversely the ability of the Recipient to carry out the Project or to perform any of its obligations under this Agreement.

  • The Recipient shall cause the Court of Accounts to carry out annual financial audit of the Social Assistance Programs included in the EEPs, in a manner satisfactory to the Association, and shall provide such audit financial reports to the Association, in accordance with Section II.B.3 of this Agreement.

Related to Social Assistance Programs

  • Medical Assistance Program means the medical assistance provided pursuant to Chapter 319v of the Connecticut General Statutes (CGS) and authorized by Title XIX of the Social Security Act. The program is also referred to as Medicaid.

  • Employee Assistance Program means an established program for employee assessment, counseling, and referral to an alcohol and drug rehabilitation program.

  • Medical assistance means medical assistance as established under title XIX of the social security act, 42 USC 1396 to 1396w-5.
