  • Borrower shall have the right to select from the following Interest Rate Options applicable to Swing Loans: (i) the Base Rate Option applicable to 5-Year Revolving Credit Loans or (ii) a fluctuating rate per annum (computed on the basis of a year of 360 days and actual days elapsed) equal to Daily Simple SOFR plus the SOFR Adjustment, in each case, plus the Applicable Margin.
