Soft IMAC definition

Soft IMAC means an approved Soft IMAC request received from Kraft, which IMAC can be performed concurrently with remote element management tools and does not require any physical on-site intervention. A Software patch or error correction upgrade will not be considered as a Soft IMAC, but is included in the Services.
Soft IMAC means, as the context requires, either a Desktop Soft IMAC, Data Soft IMAC, or Voice Soft IMAC.
Soft IMAC means an IMAC that does not require physical presence on-site at the End-User office or Equipment location to complete the requested activity.

Examples of Soft IMAC in a sentence

  • We measure the Soft IMAC completion time from the time the service desk records your complete IMAC request to the time the service desk closes the IMAC request (as set out in these terms) or to the time the service desk has made reasonable efforts to close the IMAC request (whichever happens first).

  • We will advise you whether your Simple Soft IMAC relates to carriage services or PABX equipment.

  • For PABX equipment, we will advise you at the time of request if your IMAC is a Simple Soft IMAC.

  • For carriage services, a Simple Soft IMAC is an addition, modification or deletion of any of the features listed in the table below.

  • For PABX equipment, we will advise you at the time of request if your IMAC is a Complex Soft IMAC.

  • A Software patch or error correction upgrade will not be considered as a Soft IMAC.

  • A Hard IMAC shall include a Soft IMAC, if necessary, though a Soft IMAC will never be considered a Hard IMAC.

Related to Soft IMAC

  • Application Programming Interface or “API” means the application programming interface materials and related documentation containing all data and information to allow skilled Software developers to create Software interfaces that interface or interact with other specified Software.

  • Subsystem means any subset of the System identified as such in the Contract that may be supplied, installed, tested, and commissioned individually before Commissioning of the entire System.

  • Module means specific portion of the Application Software designated as such in the Documentation made available to the Customer under the Notification Form.

  • SDK means the JetBrains Rider Software Development Kit and specifically including any associated JetBrains Rider software files, documentation, software code or other materials made available by JetBrains and any third-party software programs that are owned and licensed by parties other than JetBrains and that are either integrated with or made part of the SDK (collectively, “Third-Party Software”).

  • Functional Specifications means the descriptions of features and functions of the Application as expressly set forth in Quote.

  • Synchronous Optical Network (SONET means the optical interface standard that allows inter-networking of transmission products from multiple vendors. The base rate is 51.84 Mbps (“OC 1/STS 1”) and higher rates are direct multiples of the base rate, up to 13.22 Gbps.

  • Application Software means Software formulated to perform specific business or technical functions and interface with the business or technical users of the System and is identified as such in Appendix4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Application Software.

  • Interface means the mixture occurring in pipeline operations between adjoining batches having similar or dissimilar physical characteristics.

  • Non-Microsoft Product means any third-party-branded software, data, service, website or product, unless incorporated by Microsoft in a Product.

  • Server Software means software that provides services or functionality on a computer acting as a server.

  • Design-build team means an entity that consists of:

  • Workstation means the area within a procedure area where a practitioner performs body art. The workstation includes, but is not limited to, the client chair or table, counter, mayo stand, instrument tray, storage drawer, and practitioner's chair.

  • technical specification means a document that prescribes technical requirements to be fulfilled by a product, process or service;

  • Project Management Report means each report prepared in accordance with Section 4.02 of this Agreement;

  • Modules means the Base Modules and Extended Modules.
