Request Received definition

Request Received means the point in time when the vehicle location is confirmed by the Contractor’s dispatcher with SPD Communications, or the time stamp on the facsimile or other communication sent by SPD. Response time means the time interval from the time when the Contractor’s dispatcher receives a request for service to the time that the tow truck arrives at the vehicle location. Special Event means a concert, sporting event, parade, 91N enforcement, or other activity resulting in an unusually large number of impoundments during a short period of time.
Request Received means the point in time when the incident information enters the waiting incidents queue of the Contractor’s dispatch system address is confirmed by the Contractor’s dispatcher. “Response Time” means the time interval from the time when the Contractor’s dispatcher receives a request for service to the time an ambulance unit arrives at the scene of the incident. “Unit Hours” means amount of time calculated in hours that a fully staffed and equipped apparatus is available for service.
