Solicitation Package definition

Solicitation Package means, and will consist of, all of the following:
Solicitation Package means the packages to be distributed to creditors for solicitation of votes on the Plan.
Solicitation Package means all solicitation materials in respect of the Plan, including the Disclosure Statement and related Ballots.

More Definitions of Solicitation Package

Solicitation Package means the package mailed to Holders of Claims entitled to vote to accept or reject the Plan, which package contains, among other things, (i) a copy of the Plan, (ii) a copy of the Disclosure Statement, (iii) the appropriate Ballot, Ballot Instructions, and Ballot return envelope, and (iv) a cover letter from the Debtors.
Solicitation Package means the package provided by the Debtors that includes the Plan, the Disclosure Statement and related materials and, where appropriate, Ballots.
Solicitation Package means the packages to be distributed to creditors for solicitation of votes on this Combined Plan and Disclosure Statement.
Solicitation Package means the Disclosure Statement, the Plan, all exhibits thereto, Ballots and the Confirmation Hearing Notice.
