Sourcing Fees definition

Sourcing Fees means the fees payable by the Lender to Airtel Payments Bank in respect of the Leads referred or the Loans disbursed to the eligible Customers, which is specified in Annexure - A annexed hereto which is subject to change from time to time as mutually agreed between the Parties.

Sourcing Fees means fees payable by AMBHA to DSA in respect of leads referred or the loan disbursed to the eligible customers, in a manner specified under Schedule .“Taxes” shall mean service tax, sales tax, value added tax, income tax or other taxes, by whatever name they are called or known, whether by the name of tribute, impost, duty, custom, subsidy, aid, supply, excise, tariff or other name, applicable to this Agreement.

For the avoidance of doubt, in the event that the purchase price of an Investment is in excess of the “Amount Financed” set forth in such Contract with respect to such Investment, no Sourcing Fee shall be paid with respect to such excess amount.

Examples of Sourcing Fees in a sentence

Related to Sourcing Fees

  • Processing Fees means all routine, generally applicable City-wide fees required by the City for processing applications and permits including, but not limited to, fees for land use applications, building applications, building permits, and certificates of occupancy.
