Where a Morgan Stanley Company makes use of the Client's Investments, pursuant to paragraph I.1, and where such investments are South African Securities, MSI plc will deliver or procure the delivery by the relevant Morgan Stanley Company of Equivalent Investments, in accordance with paragraph I.2, within a period of twelve months from the date on which such South African Securities became the property of the relevant Morgan Stanley Company.
