Canadian Securities Regulators means the applicable securities commission or securities regulatory authority in each of the Qualifying Jurisdictions;

Canadian Securities Regulators means the securities commissions or similar securities regulatory authorities in each of the provinces and territories of Canada;

Canadian Securities Regulators means the ten Canadian provincial and three Canadian territorial regulatory agencies responsible for securities regulation in their respective provinces and territories, and, if applicable, a national Canadian securities regulator.
