SPAC Shareholder Redemption Amount definition

SPAC Shareholder Redemption Amount means the aggregate amount payable with respect to all Redeeming SPAC Shares;
SPAC Shareholder Redemption Amount means the aggregate amount of cash proceeds required to satisfy any exercise by shareholders of SPAC of the Redemption Rights.
SPAC Shareholder Redemption Amount means the aggregate amount payable with respect to all SPAC Shareholder Redemption Rights that have been validly exercised by the public holders of the SPAC Class A Shares.
