Spam definition

Spam means unsolicited commercial communications, including unsolicited commercial messages as referred to in section 5.2.1.

More Definitions of Spam

Spam means emails and messages that meet any one or more of the following criteria: (i) unsolicited mailing, usually sent to a large number of addressees; (ii) contains false or misleading statements; (iii) does not truthfully identify the source or the originating IP Address and / or the originating email address;
