Mass MailingsThe Union shall have the right to communicate with employees, as defined in the MOU, through the use of the campus e-mail and regular mail distribution systems in accordance with applicable University policies and the notice requirements contained in this section. At least twenty-four (24) hours in advance of a mass mailing distribution through the means identified above; the Union shall submit a copy of the proposed communication to the Associate Director of HR or her/his designee. The proposed communication shall be signed and dated by an authorized Union official and shall not contain material which is offensive, illegal, defamatory, political, or partisan in nature or detrimental to the safety and security of the institution. The University shall retain the right to deny the Union access to the mail system for the distribution of the objectionable communication if it determines that the proposed communication does not conform to the conditions contained herein. The University agrees to not unreasonably deny the Union access to the mail system for the distribution of communication.
Mass Mailings. You may not use the Service to disseminate any e-mail message in a broad-based mailing. Whether a given mailing constitutes a "mass mailing” is determined by Owner in its sole discretion, based on criteria which may include the size of the message being sent and the number of recipients. Sending chain letters through the Service is prohibited. Using your access to participate in a pyramid scheme is prohibited. Pyramid schemes are illegal operations in which an e-mail recipient is encouraged to send money to a list of several people, replace one name on the list with his/her own, and forward the e-mail in bulk to others.
Mass Mailings. As to any mass mailings requested by Pier 1 (including but not limited to catalog mailings, pre-approved mailings, and zero balance mailings), Pier 1 shall pay all reasonable costs related thereto incurred by Bank.

Mass Mailings. Users may not send mass unsolicited e‐mail, which is email that is sent to recipients who have not Confirmed Opt‐In or Closed‐Loop Opt‐ In in to mailings from the User. Users who send mass mailings must maintain complete and accurate records of all consents and opt‐ins and provide such records to LiveCode Ltd upon its request. If a User cannot provide positive and verifiable proof of such consents and opt‐ins, LiveCode Ltd will consider the mass mailing to be unsolicited.
Mass Mailings. As to any mass mailings requested by Stage and not otherwise contemplated herein as a Bank-funded mailing (including but not limited to catalog mailings, pre-approved mailings, and zero balance mailings), Stage shall pay all reasonable costs related thereto incurred by Bank and approved by Stage.
Mass Mailings. As to any mass mailings requested by AMO (including but not limited to catalog mailings, pre-approved mailings, and zero balance mailings), AMO shall pay all costs of such mass mailings.

Related to Mass Mailings

  • Class Mail When mailed first class to the last address of the recipient known to the party giving notice, notice is effective three mail delivery days after deposit in a United States Postal Service office or mailbox.

  • Print Mail The Fund hereby engages PFPC as its exclusive print/mail service provider with respect to those items and for such fees as may be agreed to from time to time in writing by the Fund and PFPC.

  • E-mail The Employee acknowledges that the Employer retains the right to review any and all electronic mail communications made with employer provided email accounts, hardware, software, or networks, with or without notice, at any time.

  • Mailboxes Each department or unit shall make available a convenient receptacle at a designated location for Employees to receive College business correspondence.

  • Electronic Mail (E-mail Sending E-mail is a very good way to communicate with Financial Institution and/or Service provider regarding your accounts or the Services. However, your e-mail is actually sent via your own software and, as a result, is not secure. Because of this, you should not include confidential information, such as account numbers and balances in any e-mail communication. You cannot use e-mail to initiate Service transactions. All such transactions must be initiated using the appropriate functions within the Service. Neither the Service provider nor the Financial Institution shall be liable for any errors, omissions, claims, or problems of any kind involving your e-mail.

  • Mail Service The Union shall be permitted to use the State inter and intra-office paper mail system. This usage shall be limited to matters that involve the Union and the Employer. It is not to be used for the purpose of mass mailings to membership and/or bargaining unit employees. The Employer agrees not to open employee union mail when clearly marked as such. Where security is of concern, the mail shall be opened in the presence of the addressee. When feasible, and where equipment is currently available, Union stewards and/or officers may utilize electronic mail and/or facsimile equipment solely for contract enforcement and interpretation and grievance processing matters. Such transmissions will be primarily to expedite communication regarding such matters, will be reasonable with respect to time and volume, and limited to communications with the grievant, if any, appropriate supervisors and employee’s staff representatives. Long distance charges which may be incurred must be approved prior to transmission.

  • Devices BNY Mellon will restrict the transfer of Customer Data from its network to mass storage devices. BNY Mellon will use a mobile device management system or equivalent tool when mobile computing is used to provide the services. Applications on such authenticated devices will be housed within an encrypted container and BNY Mellon will maintain the ability to remote wipe the contents of the container.

  • Postal Service The Parties may designate substitute addresses where or persons to whom notices are to be mailed or delivered. However, these substitutions will not become effective until actual receipt of written notification.
