Intel shall have the meaning set forth in the preamble to this Agreement.

Spectrum means frequencies of electromagnetic spectrum used to provide fixed or mobile communications services as licensed or authorized by the FCC.
BPA means Bonneville Power Administration.
Elan means Elan Corp and its Affiliates.

CCL means the Child Care Licensing Program in the Department of Health that is delegated with the responsibility to enforce the Utah Child Care Licensing Act.

APC means the Ambulatory Payment Classification system under 42 CFR 419.31 used by Medicare for grouping clinically and resource-similar procedures and services.
CMC means Comprehensive maintenance Contract (labour, spare and preventive maintenance)
TP means fibre network termination point at the Installation Address.
