SPE Constituent Entity definition

SPE Constituent Entity means the Special Purpose Entity that is the general partner of Borrower, if Borrower is a limited partnership, or the managing member of Borrower, if Borrower is a multi-member limited liability company.
SPE Constituent Entity means any entity required to be a single purpose entity pursuant to the terms of the Senior Loan Documents (but excluding any Junior Borrower).
SPE Constituent Entity means, with respect to any Borrower, Equity Owner or Parent Equity Owner, the general partner of such Person if such entity is a limited partnership or the managing member of such Person if such entity is a limited liability company.
