Special Disbursement Unit definition

Special Disbursement Unit means the Special Disbursement Unit established and operating within MOF and referred to in paragraph 2(f) of Schedule 4 to this Agreement;

  • State disbursement unit or "SDU" means the entity established in section 6 of the office of child support act, 1971 PA 174, MCL 400.236.

  • Final Disbursement Date means the last date on which Lender may make a Disbursement set forth in Section 10 of the Loan Authorization Agreement (including as amended by an Extension) or, if such date is not a Business Day, the next succeeding Business Day; provided, however, to the extent that Lender has not received cash collateral in the amount of the Letter of Credit Obligations or an equivalent full indemnity from Borrower or Guarantor, as applicable, with respect to Letter of Credit Obligations outstanding on the Final Disbursement Date, the Final Disbursement Date with respect to an advance to fund a drawing under such Letter of Credit shall be no later than thirty (30) days after any such drawing which may be no later than the expiry date of the Letter of Credit related thereto.

  • L/C Disbursement means a payment or disbursement made by an Issuing Bank pursuant to a Letter of Credit.

  • Controlled Disbursement Account means any accounts of the Borrowers maintained with the Administrative Agent as a zero balance, cash management account pursuant to and under any agreement between a Borrower and the Administrative Agent, as modified and amended from time to time, and through which all disbursements of a Borrower, any other Loan Party and any designated Subsidiary of a Borrower are made and settled on a daily basis with no uninvested balance remaining overnight.

  • Disbursement Date is defined in Section 2.6.2.

  • Letter of Credit Disbursement means a payment made by Issuing Bank pursuant to a Letter of Credit.

  • Termination Date Disbursement means an amount drawn under a Multi-Series Letter of Credit pursuant to a Certificate of Termination Date Demand.

  • Special district means a unit of local government, authorized by law to perform a single function or a limited number of functions.   • New Funds Amount means the amount equal to the product of a Lender’s increased Commitment or a CI Lender’s Commitment (as applicable) represented as a percentage of the aggregate Commitments after giving effect to any Commitment Increase, times the aggregate principal amount of the outstanding Loans immediately prior to giving effect to such Commitment Increase, if any, as of any Commitment Increase Effective Date (without regard to any increase in the aggregate principal amount of Loans as a result of borrowings made after giving effect to such Commitment Increase on such Commitment Increase Effective Date); (ii) “Reducing Percentage Lender” means each then existing Lender immediately prior to giving effect to any Commitment Increase that does not increase its respective Commitment as a result of such Commitment Increase and whose relative percentage of the Commitments shall be reduced after giving effect to such Commitment Increase; and (iii) “Reduction Amount” means the amount by which a Reducing Percentage Lender’s outstanding Loans decrease as of any Commitment Increase Effective Date (without regard to the effect of any borrowings made on such Commitment Increase Effective Date after giving effect to the Commitment Increase occurring on such Commitment Increase Effective Date).

  • Lease Deficit Disbursement means an amount drawn under a Multi-Series Letter of Credit pursuant to a Certificate of Lease Deficit Demand.

  • Credit Event Amount With respect to each Payment Date, the aggregate amount of the Credit Event UPBs of all Credit Event Reference Obligations for the related Reporting Period.

  • Management Unit means an area established by the Commission for management purposes.

  • Administrative unit Means an administrative unit established under the Public Sector Act 2009 and includes an administrative unit established while this Enterprise Agreement remains in force;

  • Reimbursement Date shall have the meaning provided in Section 3.4(a).

  • Special Dividend Period means a Dividend Period consisting of (i) a specified number of days (other than seven), evenly divisible by seven and not fewer than seven nor more than 364 or (ii) a specified period of one whole year or more but not greater than five years (in each case subject to adjustment as provided in paragraph 2(b)(i)).

  • Special Reimbursement Date means, the special payment date established in connection with a Reimbursement under Special Circumstances as described hereunder “Extraordinary Events and Special Circumstances – Reimbursement Under Special Circumstances and Payment”.

  • Agent Advance shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.01(e).
