Special Events of Default definition

Special Events of Default means the Events of Default described in Section 7.01(a)(i), (e)(i), (f)(i)(A), (g), (h)(i), (i), (j)(ii) and (m).
Special Events of Default means the Events of Default described in Section 7.01(a)(i), (e), (f)(i), (g), (h)(i), (i) and (j)(ii).

  • Indenture Default means any condition, circumstance, act or event that, with the giving of notice, the lapse of time or both, would constitute an Indenture Event of Default.

  • Event of Default has the meaning specified in Section 8.01.
