Special Market Receivables definition

Special Market Receivables means any Receivable that both (i) the Obligor of which is a Group Practice Obligor and (ii) was originated by the “Special Markets” division (or any other division that is the successor thereof) of PDSI.
Special Market Receivables means any Receivable for which the Obligor is a Group Practice Obligor.

  • Financial Markets means international financial markets in which currency and other financial assets exchange rates are determined in multi-party trade.

  • Initial Market Value means, in relation to a Ship, the Market Value of that Ship calculated in accordance with the valuations relative thereto referred to in paragraph 5 of Schedule 4, Part B;

  • Net Receivables Pool Balance means, at any time: (a) the Outstanding Balance of Eligible Receivables then in the Receivables Pool minus (b) the Excess Concentration.

  • Individual market means the market for health insurance coverage offered to individuals other than

  • Mid-Market Swap Rate means for any Reset Period the mean of the bid and offered rates for the fixed leg payable with a frequency equivalent to the frequency with which scheduled interest payments are payable on the Notes during the relevant Reset Period (calculated on the day count basis customary for fixed rate payments in the Relevant Currency as determined by the Calculation Agent) of a fixed-for-floating interest rate swap transaction in the Relevant Currency which transaction (i) has a term equal to the relevant Reset Period and commencing on the relevant Reset Date, (ii) is in an amount that is representative for a single transaction in the relevant market at the relevant time with an acknowledged dealer of good credit in the swap market and (iii) has a floating leg based on the Mid-Swap Floating Leg Benchmark Rate for the Mid-Swap Maturity (calculated on the day count basis customary for floating rate payments in the Relevant Currency as determined by the Calculation Agent);

  • Statistical Cutoff Date means June 30, 2014.

  • Financial Markets Act means the Financial Markets Act, 2012 (Act No. 19 of 2012);

  • Normal Market Size for CFD trading shall mean the maximum number of units of the Underlying Asset that are transmitted by the Company for execution.

  • Warranty Receivable means a Receivable which the Seller is required to repurchase pursuant to Section 3.02.

  • 60-Day Delinquent Receivables means, as of any date of determination, all Receivables (other than Repurchased Receivables and Defaulted Receivables) that are sixty (60) or more days delinquent as of such date (or, if such date is not the last day of a Collection Period, as of the last day of the Collection Period immediately preceding such date), as determined in accordance with the Servicer’s Customary Servicing Practices.

  • Initial Margin means the amount of cash or securities deposited with a broker as a margin payment at the time of purchase or sale of a futures contract.

  • Notice Cut-off Date means the date specified as such in the Conversion Shares Settlement Request Notice, which date shall be at least forty (40) Business Days following the Suspension Date.

  • Quotation Date means, in relation to any Interest Period (or any other period for which an interest rate is to be determined under any provision of a Finance Document), the day on which quotations would ordinarily be given by leading banks in the London Interbank Market for deposits in the currency in relation to which such rate is to be determined for delivery on the first day of that Interest Period or other period;

  • Reference Market Price shall initially mean $25.165 and, in the event of any adjustment to the Conversion Price pursuant to Sections 15.5(a), (b), (c), (d), (e), (f) or (g), the Reference Market Price shall also be adjusted so that the ratio of the Reference Market Price to the Conversion Price after giving effect to any such adjustment shall always be the same as the ratio of $25.165 to the initial Conversion Price specified in the form of Debenture attached hereto (without regard to any adjustment thereto).

  • exempt market dealer means a person or company registered in the category of exempt market dealer;

  • Subsequent Cutoff Date means the date specified in the related Additional Sale Agreement agreed to by the Seller and the Purchaser for the purposes of determining the Principal Balance and accrued interest to be capitalized, as applicable, for purposes of completing each related Loan Transmittal Summary Form.

  • Initial Receivable means each Contract related to a Financed Vehicle transferred to the Issuer pursuant to Section 2.1, which, as of the Closing Date, is listed on Schedule A (which Schedule A may be in the form of an electronic file), and all rights and obligations thereunder, except for Initial Receivables that shall have become Purchased Receivables or Sold Receivables.

  • Substitute Commercial Paper Dealers means such Substitute Commercial Paper Dealer or Dealers as the Corporation may from time to time appoint or, in lieu of any thereof, their respective affiliates or successors.

  • FTR Portfolio Auction Value means for each customer account of a Market Participant, the sum, calculated on a monthly basis, across all FTRs, of the FTR price times the FTR volume in MW.

  • Net Purchased Loan Balance means, as of any date of determination, an amount equal to (a) the aggregate principal balance of all Portfolio Investments acquired by the Company prior to such date minus (b) the aggregate principal balance of all Portfolio Investments repurchased by the Parent or an Affiliate thereof prior to such date.

  • Current Receivable means each Receivable that is not a Defaulted Receivable or a Liquidated Receivable.

  • Asset Review Receivable means, for any Asset Review, each Receivable that is not a Liquidated Receivable and with respect to which the related Obligor failed to make at least 90% of the related Scheduled Receivables Payment by the date on which it was due and, as of the last day of the Collection Period prior to the date the related Asset Review Notice was delivered, remained unpaid for sixty (60) days or more from the original payment due date.

  • Bloomberg Screen GCAN5YR Page means the display designated as page “GCAN5YR<INDEX>” on the Bloomberg Financial L.P. service (or such other page as may replace the GCAN5YR page on that service) for purposes of displaying Government of Canada bond yields.

  • Bloomberg means Bloomberg Financial Markets.

  • Subject Receivables has the meaning assigned to such term in the Asset Representations Review Agreement.

  • Mid-Market Swap Rate Quotation means a quotation (expressed as a percentage rate per annum) for the relevant Mid-Market Swap Rate;
