Each notice of approval of a Portfolio Investment (a copy of which shall be delivered to the Collateral Administrator) shall include the initial Individual Advance Rate and the Initial Market Value for such Portfolio Investment; provided that the initial Individual Advance Rates in respect of the Initial Portfolio Investments and the Initial Market Values of the Initial Portfolio Investments are as set forth in Schedule 5.
