Special Resolution of the Members definition

Special Resolution of the Members means a resolution approved by at least 75% of votes cast by Members present (in person or by proxy) at a meeting of Members;
Special Resolution of the Members means a resolution passed by not less than two thirds of the votes cast by the Members who voted on the resolution at a meeting of the Members or signed by all the Members entitled to vote on the resolution.

  • As of the date of execution of this Constitution, which shall be the date on which it is approved by a Special Resolution of the Members, it shall replace in its entirety, any previous versions, whether draft or final, of the Constitution of the Association, which shall no longer be of any force or effect.

Related to Special Resolution of the Members

  • Special Resolution means a resolution passed by a majority of not less than two-thirds (2/3) of the votes cast on that resolution.
