Special Sales Conditions definition

Special Sales Conditions. : shall mean the special sales conditions attached to each Order Confirmation.

  • The present General Conditions and the Special Sales Conditions represent the agreement between the Parties and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, negotiations and discussions between the Parties, whether oral or written.

  • The present Generals Sale Conditions shall apply jointly with the Special Sales Conditions related to any order (hereinafter referred to as “ Order”), and are applicable to any kind of sales, including sales by individual and separate units and continuative sales made by the Seller to the Buyer regarding the Products.

  • The Vendor has the right at all times to amend the General Sales Conditions and/or the Special Sales Conditions.

  • The General Sales Conditions and/or the Special Sales Conditions are given at the Auction Website or issued by the Vendor by other means.

  • In addition to these General Auction Conditions, the relationship between the Vendor and the Buyer may also be subject to General Sales Conditions and/or Special Sales Conditions.

  • We also unconditionally and irrevocably agree and accept that the decision made by RECPDCL in respect of award of Projects according to our preference order as above and in line with the provisions of the RfS, shall be binding on us.

  • In the event of conflicts arising the provisions of the Special Sales Conditions will take precedence.

  • Distribution Conditions means, with respect to any Restricted Payment or Restricted Junior Debt Prepayment, the following:
