Special Servicer Additional Servicing Compensation. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the Special Servicer is terminated at a time when no Servicer Replacement Event existed with respect to the Special Servicer and such Special Servicer was servicing or administering any Specially Serviced Assets as of the date of such termination, and such servicing or administration had been continuing for at least two (2) months, then the terminated Special Servicer will be entitled to 50% of all modification fees earned by its successor with respect to such Specially Serviced Assets during the 12-month period following the date of such termination.

  • Additional Servicing Compensation means any servicing compensation (other than Servicing Fees, Special Servicing Fees, Workout Fees or Liquidation Fees) that any Servicer is entitled to retain under the Servicing Agreement.

  • Master Servicing Compensation The meaning specified in Section 3.14.
