Serviced Assets definition

Serviced Assets. Has the meaning set forth in Section 2.01(a) of the Servicing Agreement.

• Pursuant to notice provided by the Receiver to the Bridge Bank, the Receiver has the right to, in its discretion, further restrict the Bridge Bank’s authority under this agreement, to provide supplemental direction to the Bridge Bank regarding the handling of the Serviced Assets, and to request additional support and services from the Bridge Bank in connection with the Receiver’s resolution activities related to the Serviced Assets.

• The Bridge Bank will transfer the Serviced Asset(s) identified in the Withdrawal Notice and all files and records related thereto as required by the Receiver.

• The Bridge Bank must perform these obligations unless and until the Receiver provides notice to the Bridge Bank withdrawing one or more Serviced Assets from the scope of the Bridge Bank’s obligations pursuant to this Schedule 6.14 (each, a “Withdrawal Notice”) until the Servicing Termination Date.

More Definitions of Serviced Assets

Serviced Assets has the meaning assigned to such term in the Servicing Agreement.

Serviced Assets means any Mortgage Loan, Receivables and/or REO Property covered by this Agreement.

Serviced Assets means the Loans and/or Borrower Payment Dependent Notes serviced by Servicer pursuant ot the Indenture.

Serviced Assets means the fixed income investments of the Company, other than (i) any securities which are rated investment grade by a nationally recognized rating agency, unless the investment grade bonds have a first-loss position; (ii) securities (whether or not rated) issued by any corporation which are not secured by any pledge of collateral; or (iii) any securities issued by the U.S. government or other temporary investments, such as commercial paper or money market investments, made by the Company, provided, however, that for purposes of this definition, fixed income investments shall include the Company’s credit tenant lease assets. The fee shall be calculated and paid monthly on or before the fifth day following each month end. Manager shall be directly obligated to pay accrued fees hereunder, whether or not reimbursed by the Company for such fees as contemplated by the Management Agreement.
