Additional Servicing Fee definition

Additional Servicing Fee means, for any Collection Period, if a successor Servicer has been appointed pursuant to Section 8.2 of the Sale and Servicing Agreement, the amount, if any, by which (i) the compensation payable to such successor Servicer for such Collection Period exceeds (ii) the Monthly Servicing Fee for such Collection Period.

Additional Servicing Fee means an amount, in addition to the Servicing Fee, necessary to induce a Successor Servicer to serve as Servicer hereunder, which amount shall not exceed $100,000 in the aggregate per Successor Servicer.

Additional Servicing Fee. With respect to each Third Party Loan, the Additional Servicing Fee set forth in or established pursuant to Exhibit 9 hereto.

Examples of Additional Servicing Fee in a sentence

• Notwithstanding anything else herein to the contrary, in no event shall the Indenture Trustee or the Backup Servicer be liable for any Servicing Fee or for any differential in the amount of the servicing fee paid hereunder and the amount necessary to induce any Successor Servicer to act as Successor Servicer under this Agreement and the transactions set forth or provided for herein, including any Additional Servicing Fee.

• As compensation for its activities set forth in Section 3.12, the Special Servicer shall be entitled to receive the Additional Servicing Fee with respect to each Mortgage Loan and REO Loan.

More Definitions of Additional Servicing Fee

Additional Servicing Fee. With respect to each Additional Servicing Fee Mortgage Loan, the fee provided for in the Designated Sub-Servicer Agreement (which may be comprised of a designated sub-servicing fee and an additional sub-servicing fee) that accrues at the rate per annum set forth on the Additional Servicing Fee Schedule.

Additional Servicing Fee means, with respect to any Monthly Period, the fee payable to the Servicer for services rendered during such Monthly Period, which shall be equal to one-twelfth of the excess, if any, of (a) the applicable Servicing Fee Rate multiplied by the Pool Balance applicable to Prime Receivables, Non-Prime Receivables and Sub-Prime Receivables, as applicable as of the first day of such Monthly Period over (b) 1.25% multiplied by the Pool Balance as of the first day of such Monthly Period.

Additional Servicing Fee means the amount, calculated in accordance with Section 9.03, which is payable to the Successor Servicer and which exceeds the amount of the Servicing Fee.
