Special Trust Fund means a fund constituted or regulated or to be constituted or regulated by a Special Trust Direction
Special Trust Fund means the assets of the Trust held by the Trustee under the Trust Agreement that are allocable to (i) Deferral Contributions made by the Company to the Trust pursuant to Section 4 below and (i) income resulting from such Deferral Contributions.
