Specified Customer definition

Specified Customer means an Customer specified on Schedule 1.1(C).
Specified Customer means those certain Persons set forth on Section 1.1(kkkk) of the Company Disclosure Letter.
Specified Customer shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in a letter agreement among Agent and Borrowers dated the Agreement Date.

  • As of each date reported by Borrowers, all Accounts and Credit Card Receivables which any Borrower has then reported to Agent as then being Eligible Accounts, Eligible Specified Customer Accounts or Eligible Credit Card Receivables, as the case may be, comply in all respects with the criteria for eligibility set forth in the definition of “Eligible Accounts”, “Eligible Specified Customer Accounts” or “Eligible Credit Card Receivables”, as applicable.
