Specified Fields definition

Specified Fields has the meaning ascribed thereto in the Back-up Servicing and Verification Agency Agreement.
Specified Fields means the fields from the MCA Portfolio Tape set forth on Schedule 8.1(d).
Specified Fields means the fields from the IT System, set forth in Section 1.1(f) of the Seller Disclosure Letter.
