Specified Hierarchy definition

Specified Hierarchy means the Stock Fund processing order set forth in Schedule “G”, that gives precedence to distributions and withdrawals, and otherwise on a FIFO basis

Specified Hierarchy means the Ford Stock Fund processing order set forth in Schedule "H" to the separate Recordkeeping Agreement, that gives precedence to distributions, loans and withdrawals, and otherwise on a FIFO basis.

  • State Level Monitoring Cell means the body constituted by the State Government for the control and elimination of ragging in institutions within the jurisdiction of the State, established under a State Law or on the advice of the Central Government, as the case may be.

  • Service Activation Date means the same as Activation Date.

  • SOFR Index Cessation Event means the occurrence of one or more of the following events:

  • €STR Index Cessation Effective Date means, in respect of an €STR Index Cessation Event, the first date on which €STR is no longer provided by the European Central Bank (or any successor administrator of €STR), as determined by the Issuer and notified by the Issuer to the Calculation Agent;
