Recordkeeping Agreement means the written recordkeeping or similar services agreement entered into between the Employer (or its agents) and ▇. ▇▇▇▇ Price Retirement Plan Services, Inc. ( the “Recordkeeper”) under which the Recordkeeper provides nondiscretionary recordkeeping services for the Custodial Account, which may include processing for the transactions set forth in the Agreement. The Recordkeeping Agreement also includes the Plan’s administrative procedures, forms and directions from the Employer (if any).

  • It is expressly acknowledged and agreed, however, that to the extent that any Recordkeeping Agreement contains terms or conditions that are not contained in, or are materially different from, the terms and conditions set forth in the form of Recordkeeeping Agreement reviewed by the Transfer Agent as of the date hereof, the Funds shall afford Transfer Agent a reasonable opportunity, not to exceed one week, within which to review such modified Recordkeeping Agreement and indicate any required changes.
