Specified Item definition

Specified Item means each item of property that is specifically described on the Schedule. Any item worth more than $2,500 must be specified.

Examples of Specified Item in a sentence

  • The District shall have sole discretion in deciding as to whether a proposed request for Substitution is equal to or better than a Specified Item.

  • However, if bidder states that bidder will provide the Specified Item in the event that bidder’s request for Substitution is denied, bidder shall execute the Agreement and provide the Specified Item(s).

  • If bidder states that bidder will not provide the Specified Item the denial of a request to Substitute shall result in the rejection of the bidder as non-responsive.

  • If bidder desires to offer a Substitution for a Specified Item, such bidder must make a request in writing on the District’s Substitution Request Form (“Request Form”) and submit the completed Request Form with the bidder’s bid.

  • Bidder must state whether bidder will provide the Specified Item in the event the Substitution request is evaluate and denied.

Specified Item means each of the matters set out in Schedule 2 (Specified Items), to the extent approval of any such matter requires approval by way of a special resolution pursuant to Applicable Laws;
