Classified Information definition

Classified Information means information that is classified as Restricted Data or Formerly Restricted Data under the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, or information determined to require protection against unauthorized disclosure under Executive Order 12958, Classified National Security Information, as amended, or prior executive orders, which is identified as National Security Information.
Classified Information means any information or material, regardless of physical form or characteristics, that is owned by, produced or for, or under the control of the United States Government (U.S.G.), and determined pursuant to Executive Order 13526, December 29, 2009 (75 Federal Register 707, January 5, 2010) or prior orders to require protection against unauthorized disclosure, and is so designated as “Confidential,” “Secret,” or “Top Secret.” See Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.204-2, Security Requirements.
Classified Information means restricted data, formerly restricted data, or national security information.

Examples of Classified Information in a sentence

  • The Originator shall inform the Receiver without delay about any alteration or revocation of the security classification level of the transmitted Classified Information.

Classified Information means official information that requires protection in the interests of national defense or foreign relations of the Parties, and is classified in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
