Specified Minimum Payment definition

Specified Minimum Payment means the payment required to be made by you under Clause 19.1 hereof;
Specified Minimum Payment means the payment required to be made by Cardholder under Clause 16.1 hereof;

Examples of Specified Minimum Payment in a sentence

  • If AEON Credit detects unusual or suspicious activity on Cardholder’s account or if the Specified Minimum Payment pursuant to Clause 20.1 herein has not been paid in full before the Payment Due Date, AEON Credit may temporarily suspend the Cardholder’s credit privileges until AEON Credit can verify the activity or the Specified Minimum Payment due has been paid in full; whichever is applicable.

  • We are entitled at any time and at our sole discretion to send you reminders in respect of the amount of the Specified Minimum Payment and the Payment Due Date each month (“Reminder”), whether or not you have requested the same, and you may be notified of each Reminder via telephone or SMS (which you may be subjected to charges by the relevant service provider(s) or telephone operator(s)).

  • A late payment charge of 1% of the total outstanding retail and cash advance transactions or RM10 whichever is higher, up to a maximum value of RM100 (or such other rate as AEON Credit may in its absolute discretion deem fit to impose from time to time) shall be imposed in the event the Cardholder fails to pay the Specified Minimum Payment by the Payment Due Date.

  • If AEON Credit detects any unusual or suspicious activity on any Sub-Card Account and/or the Credit Card Account or if the Specified Minimum Payment pursuant to Clause 19.1 herein has not been paid in full before the Payment Due Date, AEON Credit may temporarily suspend the Card and the Cardholder’s credit privileges until AEON Credit can verify the activity or the Specified Minimum Payment due has been paid in full, whichever is applicable.

  • If the Specified Minimum Payment amount is unpaid, partly paid or paid after the Payment Due Date, we may in our discretion as we deem fit, without affecting our right to terminate the use of the Card and the Card Account, impose such fees, finance charges and/or late payment charges as we may determine until the Specified Minimum Payment is paid in full.

  • Such charge shall be imposed regardless of any partial payment of the Specified Minimum Payment being made before the Payment Due Date or any payment made after the Payment Due Date.

  • Upon receipt of the monthly statement, you may choose to pay the Current Balance in full or if you choose not to settle the Current Balance in full, you must pay as a minimum, the Specified Minimum Payment on or before the payment due date.

  • The EPP Monthly Instalment forms part of the Card Member’s Specified Minimum Payment as defined in the NBO Card’s terms and conditions stated as due in the Card Member’s statement of account.

  • stipulated minimum threshold means that portion of local production and content as determined by the Department of Trade and Industry; and

  • Lump Sum Payment means, collectively, the lump-sum payments that may be payable to Executive pursuant to the first sentence of Subsection 6(b)(iii) and pursuant to Subsection 6(c)(ii)(B).

  • Minimum Hire Period means the Minimum Hire Period as described on the invoices, quotation, authority to hire, or any other forms as provided by the Supplier to the Client.

  • Minimum Run Time For all generating units that are not combined cycle units, “Minimum Run Time” shall mean the minimum number of hours a unit must run, in real-time operations, from the time after generator breaker closure, which is typically indicated by telemetered or aggregated State Estimator megawatts greater than zero, to the time of generator breaker opening, as measured by PJM's State Estimator. For combined cycle units, “Minimum Run Time” shall mean the time period after the first combustion turbine generator breaker closure, which is typically indicated by telemetered or aggregated State Estimator megawatts greater than zero, and the last generator breaker opening as measured by PJM’s State Estimator.
