Related Secured Obligations definition

Related Secured Obligations means, as of any date, the outstanding principal amount of the Related Equipment Notes issued under each Related Indenture, the accrued and unpaid interest (including, to the extent permitted by applicable law, post-petition interest and interest on any overdue amounts) due thereon in accordance with such Related Indenture as of such date, the Related Make-Whole Amount, if any, with respect thereto due thereon in accordance with such Related Indenture as of such date, and any other amounts payable as of such date under the “Operative Documents” (as defined in each Related Indenture).

Examples of Related Secured Obligations in a sentence

• Subject to Section 10.01 hereof, no Related Indenture Indemnitee shall, as such, have any further interest in, or other right with respect to, the Collateral when and if all Related Secured Obligations have been paid in full.

• On the date on which the Owner is required pursuant to Section 4.05 hereof to make payment for an Event of Loss with respect to the Airframe, all of the Equipment Notes shall be redeemed in whole at a redemption price equal to 100% of the unpaid Original Amount thereof, together with all accrued interest thereon to the date of redemption and all other Secured Obligations (other than Related Secured Obligations) owed or then due and payable to the Note Holders but without Make-Whole Amount.

• The preceding sentence shall not limit the rights of the Related Note Holders with respect to Related Secured Obligations under the Trust Indenture, provided that a Related Note Holder shall not, as such, have any further interest in, or other right with respect to, the Collateral when and if the Related Secured Obligations attributable to the Related Equipment Note held by such Holder shall have been paid in full.

Related Secured Obligations means the “Secured Obligations” under and as defined in each Related Mortgage.
