Specified Receivables definition

Specified Receivables means Equipment Lease Receivables and CBTS Software Receivables, in each case until the conditions set forth in the respective definitions thereof are no longer applicable.

More Definitions of Specified Receivables

Specified Receivables means the Receivables identified on Schedule I to the Fee Letter, as the same may be updated from time to time at the discretion of the Administrative Agent.
