Specified Senior Notes definition

Specified Senior Notes means one or more series of senior unsecured debt securities of the Company issued to finance the Bengal Transactions.
Specified Senior Notes means the 2026 Senior Notes and the 2029 Senior Notes.

More Definitions of Specified Senior Notes

Specified Senior Notes means the Borrower’s 6.750% Senior Notes due 2023.
Specified Senior Notes means the unsecured Senior Notes due 2026 in an aggregate principal amount of $400,000,000 issued by the Excluded Escrow Subsidiary pursuant the Specified Indenture. For purposes of this Agreement and the other Loan Documents, any Indebtedness with respect to the Specified Senior Notes shall be deemed issued and incurred by the Borrower immediately upon the assumption of such Indebtedness by the Borrower or any other Loan Party (or immediately upon the Borrower or any other Loan Party otherwise becoming obligated with respect to such Indebtedness) pursuant to the Specified Merger Agreement or otherwise.
Specified Senior Notes means the unsecured Senior Notes due 2028 in an aggregate principal amount of up to $500,000,000 to be issued by the Excluded Escrow Subsidiary pursuant the Specified Indenture. Specified Senior Notes means any senior unsecured notes issued by Parent on or prior to June 30, 2014 (and, in any event, prior to the consummation of any Permitted U.K. Real Estate Financing) in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $200,000,000, designated by Parent to the Administrative Agent in writing as the “Specified Senior Notes” and issued pursuant to terms (i) not materially more restrictive taken as a whole to the Borrowers and their Subsidiaries than the terms pursuant to which the Senior Notes were issued (other than with respect to pricing or fees) or (ii) otherwise reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent.
