Specified Warranties the written leaflet with warranties included in the Goods supplied to the Customer by LEAD.

Specified Warranties means the warranties made by the Parent and the Existing Shareholders in paragraph 13 (Material Contracts) (first sentence), 17 (Litigation and Other Proceedings) (first sentence) and 22.1 (Employee Benefit Matters) of Schedule 1A and the warranties made by AerCap and the AerCap Entities in paragraphs 12 (Material Contracts) (first sentence), 15 (Reports) (with respect to the AerCap Form 20-F), 16 (Litigation and Other Proceedings) (first sentence) and 21.1 (Employee Benefit Matters) of Schedule 1B.

Specified Warranties means the Disclosure Warranty, the warranties made by the Parent and the Seller in paragraphs 1.8, 14 (first sentence), 18 (first sentence), 22.1(a) (first sentence), and 23.1 of Part A of Schedule 1 and the warranties made by AerCap and the Purchaser in paragraphs 12 (first sentence), 15 (with respect to the AerCap Form 20-F), 16 (first sentence), 20.1 and 21.1 of Part B of Schedule 1.

Examples of Specified Warranties in a sentence

• Except for the Specified Warranties and any statutory warranty to which a CPA Customer may be entitled, LEAD makes no representations and gives no warranties or guarantees whatsoever (express or implied) in connection with the Goods.

• The aggregate liability of the Seller with respect to claims made pursuant to Clause 10.2 of this Agreement shall not exceed the Escrow Funds, except that such limitation shall not apply to any claim for breach of any of the Specified Warranties.

• Where the amount of Losses in respect of all claims referred to in this Clause 11.2.2 exceeds 220,000,000, the Seller shall be liable for such part of the Loss exceeding SEK 110,000,000, except that the limitations in this Clause 11.2 shall not apply to any claim for breach of any of the Specified Warranties.

• Any Person that services Mortgage Loans on behalf of the Seller or any Subservicer and is responsible for the performance (whether directly or through Subservicers or Subcontractors) of a substantial portion of the material servicing functions required to be performed by the Seller under this Agreement or any applicable Reconstitution Agreement related thereto that are identified in Item 1122(d) of Regulation AB.

• In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for extra charge(s) or compensation after contract award unless by reason of unforeseeable causes beyond the successful bidder’s control including, but not restricted to, Acts of God.
