Except for the Specified Warranties and any statutory warranty to which a CPA Customer may be entitled, LEAD makes no representations and gives no warranties or guarantees whatsoever (express or implied) in connection with the Goods.
In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for extra charge(s) or compensation after contract award unless by reason of unforeseeable causes beyond the successful bidder’s control including, but not restricted to, Acts of God.
