Speculative Housing Units definition

Speculative Housing Units means, any Housing Unit owned by the Borrower or any Subsidiary Guarantor that is not a Presold Housing Unit or a Model Housing Unit. For the purposes of this Agreement, during such time as a Rental Pool Asset is not rented by a third party, such Rental Pool Asset shall be considered a Speculative Housing Unit for the purposes of Section 10.1(g).
Speculative Housing Units means, any Housing Unit owned by Borrower or any Subsidiary Guarantor that is not a Presold Housing Unit or a Model Housing Unit.

  • Permit the number of Speculative Housing Units, as at the end of any fiscal quarter, to exceed the greater of (a) the number of Housing Unit Closings occurring during the period of twelve (12) months ending on the last day of such fiscal quarter, multiplied by thirty percent (30%) or (b) the number of Housing Unit Closings occurring during the period of six (6) months ending on the last day of such fiscal quarter, multiplied by seventy percent (70%).

  • The Borrower shall not permit the number of Speculative Housing Units and Model Housing Units, as at the end of any fiscal quarter, to exceed the product of (i) the number of Housing Units closed during the period of six (6) months ending on the last day of such fiscal quarter, on an annualized basis, multiplied by (ii) forty-five percent (45%).

  • Permit the number of Speculative Housing Units, as at the end of any fiscal quarter, to exceed the greater of (a) the number of Housing Unit Closings occurring during the period of twelve (12) months ending on the last day of such fiscal quarter, multiplied by thirty-five percent (35%) or (b) the number of Housing Unit Closings occurring during the period of six (6) months ending on the last day of such fiscal quarter, multiplied by seventy percent (70%).

  • The Borrower shall not permit the number of Speculative Housing Units and Model Housing Units, as at the end of any fiscal quarter, to exceed the product of (i) the number of Housing Units closed during the period of six (6) months ending on the last day of such fiscal quarter, on an annualized basis, multiplied by (ii) fifty percent (50%).

  • On and after September 1, 2007, the Borrower shall not at any time allow the number of Speculative Housing Units (including Housing Units held for exhibition to prospective buyers), as owned by the Borrower and its Subsidiaries in the Nevada Building Region, to exceed 35% of the total number of Housing Units actually sold and transferred by the Borrower and its Subsidiaries pursuant to Housing Unit Contracts within such Building Region during the preceding 12 calendar months then ended.

  • For the purpose of the foregoing, the applicable year’s “Supply” shall be the quotient of (1) the total number of Lots owned minus (A) all Lots owned by Borrower in the Pinery subdivision located in Xxxxxxx County, Colorado and (B) all Lots consisting of Presold Housing Units and Speculative Housing Units divided by (2) two times the total number of sales of Lots for the preceding six (6) months.


More Definitions of Speculative Housing Units

Speculative Housing Units means, any Housing Unit owned by Borrower or any Subsidiary Guarantor that is not a Presold Housing Unit or a Model Housing Unit.   • Affordable Housing Units – means the Affordable Housing to be provided as part of the development in accordance with the application and/or any subsequent reserved matters approval.

  • Housing Unit means a detached or attached (including townhouse condominium or condominium) single-family house (but excluding mobile homes) owned by the Restricted Parent or a Subsidiary of the Restricted Parent (i) which is completed or for which there has been a start of construction and (ii) which has been or is being constructed on any real estate which immediately prior to the start of construction constituted a Lot.

  • Affordable Housing Unit means a rental unit in an affordable housing building that rents for an amount that is affordable to households at or below 60 percent of area median income, as median income was most recently determined by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development for the Minneapolis-St. Paul-Bloomington, Minnesota-Wisconsin Metropolitan Statistical Area, as adjusted for household size and number of bedrooms.

  • Permitted Business Investments means Investments by the Company or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries in any Unrestricted Subsidiary of the Company or in any Joint Venture, provided that:

  • Permitted Transactions has the meaning set forth in Section 13(B).

  • Related Futures or Options Exchange for the Index means an exchange or quotation system where trading has a material effect (as determined by the Calculation Agent) on the overall market for futures or options contracts relating to the Index.

  • Acquisitions means the acquisition by the Borrower or its Subsidiaries of at least a majority of the capital stock or all or substantially all of the property of another Person, division of another Person or other business unit of another Person, whether or not involving a merger or consolidation of such Person; provided, that such Person or property is used or useful in a Permitted Line of Business.

  • Target housing means any housing constructed prior to 1978, except housing for the elderly or persons with disabilities (unless any one or more children age 6 years or under resides or is expected to reside in such housing for the elderly or persons with disabilities) or any 0-bedroom dwelling.

  • Permitted Equity Interests means common stock of the Borrower that after its issuance is not subject to any agreement between the holder of such common stock and the Borrower where the Borrower is required to purchase, redeem, retire, acquire, cancel or terminate any such common stock.

  • Available housing means any available, unoccupied residential property, or other space for occupancy in any seasonal or temporary housing, that would not violate Federal, State, or local occupancy standards and that would not result in an overall increase of housing cost to you.

  • Qualifying Equity Interests means Equity Interests of the Company other than Disqualified Stock.

  • Acquisition Assets With respect to an Acquisition, the aggregate net assets as of the effective date of such Acquisition of all Acquired Funds.

  • Deficient housing unit means a housing unit with health and safety code violations that require the repair or replacement of a major system.
