Splitting Law means any legislation which enables all or part of a Fund Member’s benefits or contributions to be transferred to, or in respect of, the Fund Member’s spouse or former spouse, including Family Law.
existing law means any law, notification, order, rule or regulation relating to levy and collection of duty or tax on goods or services or both passed or made before the commencement of this Act by the Legislature or any Authority or person having the power to make such law, notification, order, rule or regulation;
corresponding law means a law of another State, Territory or New Zealand that provides for the same matter as a relevant Act or a provision of a relevant Act.
Dispute Resolution means the procedure set forth in this LGIP for resolution of a dispute between the Parties.

Expert advice or assistance means advice or assistance derived from scientific, technical, or other specialized knowledge.
Tribunal means any state, commonwealth, federal, foreign, territorial, or other court or government body, subdivision agency, department, commission, board, bureau or instrumentality of a governmental body.
