Sponsor Letter definition

Sponsor Letter means that certain letter agreement, dated on or about November 6, 2019, by and between the Company and LGL Sponsor, as amended by letter dated March 15, 2021.

Sponsor Letter means the commitment letter signed by the Sponsor and included in Schedule 6.
