Sponsor Stockholders definition

Sponsor Stockholders has the meaning ascribed to such term in the Preamble.

Sponsor Stockholders means, collectively, the MD Stockholders, the MSD Partners Stockholders and the SLP Stockholders.

Sponsor Stockholders means the Indigo Investors and the Oaktree Investors.

Sponsor Stockholders means the MD Stockholders, the MSD Partners Stockholders and the SLP Stockholders.

Sponsor Stockholders means the entities set forth on Schedule I hereto and any of their respective Affiliates or any related fund entities or employees and any of their respective Permitted Transferees (in each case, who own, from time to time, Common Stock).

Sponsor Stockholders means each stockholder of the Corporation who is a member of any Investor Group.

Sponsor Stockholders means, collectively, (i) ORCP and (ii) any other Person that (x) becomes a party to the Stockholders Agreement by executing a Joinder Agreement thereto and (y) is designated as a Sponsor Stockholder under the Stockholders Agreement.
