Sponsoring contractor definition
Sponsoring contractor as used in this Article 1(h) shall mean the contractor or contractors who either will receive the yield from facilities described in 2(A), (B), (C), or (D) above, or agree to reduce demands for project water from the System pursuant to 2(E) above.
Sponsoring contractor as used in this Article 1(a) shall mean the Contractor or Contractors who either will receive the yield from facilities described in 2(A), (B), (C), or (D) above, or agree to reduce demands for Project Water from the System pursuant to 2(E) above.
