bulk cargo means any quantity of alumina or the usual bulk materials used in an alumina industry and being bauxite or alumina for shipment or materials consigned for use by the Company or by any subsidiary Company or by any associated Company in connection with its operations in that industry;
Night care means any care that is offered by a licensed group child care center between 9:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m.
NSPOT means NCDEX Spot Exchange Ltd., which has been appointed by FCI for conducting E-Auction on its behalf.
Boot camp means a short term secure or nonsecure juvenile residential facility with highly
Finished Goods means units of a manufactured product awaiting sale.
Spot network means a type of electric distribution system that uses two or more inter-tied transformers to supply an electrical network circuit. A spot network is generally used to supply power to a single customer or a small group of customers. Spot network has the same meaning as the term "spot network" defined in Section 4.1.4 of IEEE Standard 1547.
Cargo means any property carried on an aircraft other than mail, stores and accompanied or mishandled baggage;
Spot Market Energy means energy bought or sold by Market Participants through the PJM Interchange Energy Market at System Energy Prices determined as specified in Operating Agreement, Schedule 1, section 2, and the parallel provisions of Tariff, Attachment K-Appendix, section 2.
Alloy means a metal consisting of a mixture of a basic metallic element and one or more metallic, or non-metallic, alloying elements.
SIFMA Municipal Swap Index means the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association Municipal Swap Index, or such other weekly, high-grade index comprised of seven-day, tax-exempt variable rate demand notes produced by Bloomberg or its successor, or as otherwise designated by the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association; provided, however, that if such index is no longer produced by Bloomberg or its successor, then SIFMA Municipal Swap Index shall mean (i) the S&P Municipal Bond 7 Day High Grade Rate Index produced by Standard & Poor’s Financial Services LLC or its successors or (ii) if the S&P Municipal Bond 7 Day High Grade Rate Index is no longer produced, such other reasonably comparable index selected in good faith by the Board of Trustees of the Fund.]
average consumption means the average consumption by a customer of a municipal service during a specific period, which consumption is calculated by dividing by three the total measured consumption of that service by that customer over the preceding three months;
Bottle means any vessel intended to contain liquids and having a capacity of not more than 43
Pack means a package containing either 20 or 25 cigarettes.
Gasohol means a blended fuel composed of gasoline and fuel grade ethanol.
Finished grade means the approved elevation of ground surface of lands upon which fill has been placed in accordance with this By-law;
Milk means the produce of the milking of one or more cows;
SMC means a valid safety management certificate issued for a Vessel by or on behalf of the Administration under paragraph 13.7 of the ISM Code.
Regular Full-Time Employee means an employee who is appointed to a regularly scheduled position and is regularly scheduled to work full-time in accordance with Article 14 (Hours of Work and Scheduling). A regular full-time employee is entitled to all of the benefits outlined in the agreement except where otherwise specified.
Ordinary time earnings means the salary, wage or other remuneration regularly received by the employee in respect of the time worked in ordinary hours and shall include shift work penalties, payments which are made for the purpose of District or Location Allowances or any other rate paid for all purposes of the award to which the employee is entitled for ordinary hours of work. Provided that "ordinary time earnings" shall not include any payment which is for vehicle allowances, fares or travelling time allowances (including payments made for travelling related to distant work), commission or bonus.
Spot means a date, of which the payment/delivery date equals the date on which the transaction is concluded with the addition of two Trading Days. On the basis thereof, the following system-supported standard terms are available:
Spot Market means a commodity market in which commodities are sold for cash and promptly delivered when the transaction is settled, and other non-financial markets, such as forward markets for commodities;
trade effluent means any liquid either with or without particles of matter in suspension therein which is wholly or in part produced in the course of any trade or industry carried on at the trade premises, and in relation to any trade premises means any such liquid as aforesaid which is so produced in the course of any trade or industry carried on at those premises, but does not include domestic sewage;
BD means Business Day and “DD” means Dealing Day. Any application received after the cut off time on a Dealing Day will be treated as an application for the next Dealing Day.
Documented vessel means a vessel documented under chapter 121, title 46, United States Code or a vessel for which an application for such docu- mentation is pending.
New full-time job means an eligible position created by the
Spot Market Backup means the purchase of energy from, or the delivery of energy to, the PJM Interchange Energy Market in quantities sufficient to complete the delivery or receipt obligations of a bilateral contract that has been curtailed or interrupted for any reason.
