Spread Rate has the meaning given to it in the Insurance Agreement.

Spread Rate. With respect to each Mortgage Loan, a per annum rate equal to the excess of (a) the Net Mortgage Rate of such Mortgage Loan over (b) 8.00% (but not less than 0.00%) per annum.
