SPS Mortgage Loans definition

SPS Mortgage Loans. Any SPS Serviced Mortgage Loans for which SPS has not entered into a subservicing arrangement for such Mortgage Loan pursuant to Section 3.02 hereof.
SPS Mortgage Loans. Those Mortgage Loans serviced by SPS pursuant to the terms and provisions of this Agreement and identified as such on the Mortgage Loan Schedule.
