SSA Assignment definition

SSA Assignment has the meaning assigned in Section 2.01 of the Sale and Servicing Agreement.

SSA Assignment means the Initial SSA Assignment and any Subsequent Transfer SSA Assignment.

SSA Assignment. An Assignment, in the form of Exhibit C hereto, of Loans and other property from the Depositor to the Issuer pursuant to this Agreement.

More Definitions of SSA Assignment

SSA Assignment. An assignment of Purchased Assets from the Originator to the Borrower pursuant to this Agreement, in the form of Exhibit B hereto.

SSA Assignment. An Assignment (in substantially the form approved by the Lenders in their sole discretion prior to the initial Transfer Date, or in such other form as the Lenders and the Servicer may from time to time agree) of Loans, Assets and other property from the Depositor to the Borrower pursuant to this Agreement.

SSA Assignment. An Assignment, in the form of Exhibit C hereto, of Loans and other property from the Depositor to the Issuer pursuant to this Agreement. Scratch & Dent Loan: A Loan identified as having minor documentation, appraisal or underwriting deficiencies, which Loan may not be Delinquent on the Transfer Date; provided, that the Loan Originator has provided a detailed description of such deficiencies to the Initial Noteholder prior to the Transfer Date (or, with respect to Loans that become Scratch & Dent Loans after the Transfer Date, within one Business Day of the discover, of such deficiencies); provided further, however, that any Scratch & Dent Loan, which in the sole judgment of the Loan Originator has deficiencies unacceptable to the Loan Originator will be deemed an Unqualified Loan and will be repurchased or substituted pursuant to the procedures in Section 3.06.
