SSO Load definition

SSO Load means the full electricity requirements for SSO Service of SSO Customers.
SSO Load means the full electricity requirements for SSO Service of SSO Customers. “SSO Service” means Standard Service Offer service that is not provided by a CRES Supplier. “SSO Supplier” has the meaning set forth in the preamble.
SSO Load means the full electricity requirement including, without limitation, Energy, Capacity, Resource Adequacy Requirements, Ancillary Services and Firm Transmission Service of SSO Customers. The hourly Energy requirements of SSO Load used to determine the PMEA and FMEA will be measured and reported by the Companies to MISO and will include distribution losses.

Examples of SSO Load in a sentence

  • The Mark-to-Market Exposure Amount may also be adjusted on a monthly basis to reflect changes in expected SSO Load by means of a volume adjustment factor, if such changes are material to the result of the calculation.

  • If an SSO Supplier defaults in its obligations hereunder resulting in the exercise of the right of Early Termination by Duke Energy Ohio with respect to such SSO Supplier, then Duke Energy Ohio, subject to Legal Authorities, may offer all of the non-defaulting SSO Suppliers the right to assume under this Agreement additional Tranches of SSO Load, subject to further compliance with the creditworthiness provisions of Article 5.

  • Each SSO Supplier acknowledges and agrees that the Companies may need to act in response to directives by a Governmental Authority that may affect SSO Supply or SSO Load.

  • Transit-oriented facility means a facility that houses a transit station in a manner that promotes transit ridership or passenger rail use.

  • Rack means a mechanism for delivering motor vehicle fuel or diesel from a refinery or terminal into a truck, trailer, railroad car, or other means of non-bulk transfer.

  • Backpressure means a pressure (caused by a pump, elevated tank or piping, boiler, or other means) on the consumer's side of the service connection that is greater than the pressure provided by the public water system and which may cause backflow.

  • Rechargeable Electrical Energy Storage System (REESS) means the rechargeable energy storage system that provides electric energy for electrical propulsion.

  • Stand Alone System Upgrade Facilities means System Upgrade Facilities that a Developer may construct without affecting day-to-day operations of the New York State Transmission System during their construction. NYISO, the Connecting Transmission Owner and the Developer must agree as to what constitutes Stand Alone System Upgrade Facilities and identify them in Appendix A to this Agreement.

  • Interconnection Party means a Transmission Provider, Interconnection Customer, or the Interconnected Transmission Owner. Interconnection Parties shall mean all of them.
