SSO Service definition

SSO Service means Standard Service Offer service that is not provided by a CRES Supplier.
SSO Service means Standard Service Offer service that is not provided by a CRES Supplier and also does not include the load of customers served via the Percentage of Income Payment Plan (“XXXX”), unless or until Ohio Department of Development (ODOD) initiates a XXXX aggregation effort.

  • 911 Service means a universal telephone number which gives the public direct access to the Public Safety Answering Point (“PSAP”). Basic 911 service collects 911 calls from one or more local exchange switches that serve a geographic area. The calls are then sent to the correct authority designated to receive such calls.
